Exchange/Return Policy

Customerย CANย exchange/return products within 3 days from purchasing date, if:
1. The product is not working properly or has visual or technical defect. Customerย must have purchase receipt when returning or exchanging the product.
2.ย The order was delivered mistakenly (customer receivedย different product or style)

Exchange/Returnย policyย does not apply to other reasons, such as if customer or pet did not like the product.

Customer CANย NOT exchange/return products, if:
1. The product is damaged by the customer;
2. The product has traces of use;
3. The product is a hygienic item;
4. The product is any kind of food;
4. The product is hermetically sealed, its hermetic seal was damaged after delivery;
5. The product does not come with all accompanying parts and documents given at the time of purchase.

Tbilisi, Rustavi: 6 GEL
Other cities: 8 GEL
Villages: 15 GEL
This rates apply for orders up to 5kg without too much volume.
Voluminous orders' rates differs from the above.

Tbilisi, Rustavi: 1-2 days (except Sundays)
Other cities: in 2-4 days (except Sundays)
Villages:ย in 3-5 working days

Within Tbilisi, Saburtalo area, the order MAY be delivered the same day, if it will be convenient for the courier.ย ย
