Exchange/Return Policy
Customer CAN exchange/return products within 3 days from purchasing date, if:
1. The product is not working properly or has visual or technical defect. Customer must have purchase receipt when returning or exchanging the product.
2. The order was delivered mistakenly (customer received different product or style)
Exchange/Return policy does not apply to other reasons, such as if customer or pet did not like the product.
Customer CAN NOT exchange/return products, if:
1. The product is damaged by the customer;
2. The product has traces of use;
3. The product is a hygienic item;
4. The product is any kind of food;
4. The product is hermetically sealed, its hermetic seal was damaged after delivery;
5. The product does not come with all accompanying parts and documents given at the time of purchase.
