This document is a mutually binding contract, which is signed between the customer and "I.M. Kristina Chikhladze". "I.M. Christina Chikhladze" (P.N. 01005042888) registered address - St. Tbilisi, Saburtalo district, Zurab and Teimuraz Zaldastanishvili 3. "I.M. Christina Chikhladze” will be referred to hereafter as “LE PET’IT” in these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and all other guides and instructions.

"LE PET'IT"'s website usage terms and conditions, with the changes made to it and other regulations represent a single document and should be considered as a single contract signed with the customer.

By using the website, the user accepts and acknowledges these terms and conditions, privacy policy, return and exchange rules, and agrees to be bound by them.

  • will protect copyright and related rights, will not carry out unauthorized use, processing and publication of the information available on "LE PET'IT": logo, icon, image, graphic, image, patent, trademark, design and any other kind of intellectual property, without the prior written consent of “LE PET'IT”;

Placement of order and purchase of products by the customer

After the user has selected the product and placed it in the virtual cart, in the case of a new user, it will be necessary to indicate the following information: e-mail, name, mobile number and address where he wants to receive the purchase.

In order to pay for "LE PET'IT" products, you will be redirected to the payment page. Before making the payment, the user is obliged to verify the address and contact information specified by him, in order to ensure smooth delivery of the purchased products. In case of incorrect/incomplete address and/or contact information, the customer is responsible for delay in product delivery.

The user will be able to check the information about the purchased product on his personal page.
"LE PET'IT" reserves the right to refuse or cancel a customer's order in case of suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal transaction.
After payment of the product fee by the user, the right of ownership of the purchased item is fully transferred to the user.

Payment rules

Payment is made only through cashless payment.
When placing an order, the user is redirected from the website to the payment page, where he indicates his card data. The settlement request is processed and confirmed by the bank.
"LE PET'IT" does not have access to both the payment page and the bank card data specified by the user.

If the settlement is successfully completed, a message containing relevant information appears on the screen.
After completing the payment, the user will receive a confirmation of the successful completion of the order to the e-mail specified by him.

Closing a personal account and restricting use

If "LE PET'IT" believes that the user has violated these terms and conditions or the user has registered with false information, it is entitled to close access and limit the use of the personal account unilaterally based on a message sent to e-mail. The user should contact the "LE PET'IT" team in case of receiving a message of this type.

Restrictions on the use of the website

Information on the website may be changed or removed without prior notice. "LE PET'IT" will not provide the user with the kind of service that it believes is against the applicable legislation.

By purchasing products on the website, no copyright is transferred to the user.
